Wholesaler Satisfaction Report

Objective:
 Measure perceptions of Pharmacy managers, owners and chain executives with their primary wholesaler.
Description of Survey:
 A self-administered 10-minute online survey. Email invitations were sent to 1,112 pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and chain executives and invited to participate. Survey respondents were offered a free newsletter subscription and summary of the findings. Two email reminders were sent to non-responders.
Sample:
 456 qualified responses
Statistical Confidence:
 ±4.6% at the 95% confidence level
Importance and Satisfaction Ratings of Wholesaler Used:
 AmeriSourceBergen (ABC), Cardinal, D&K*, F. Dohmen*, Harvard Drug*, Kinray*, McKesson, Morris & Dickson*, and Smith Drug Company* (*=small base)

 

Satisfaction Scores on a scale of 6 = Extremely Satisfied, 1 = Extremely Dissatisfied
Importance Scores on a scale of 6 = Extremely Important, 1 = Not Important.
