Wilson Health Information names MemberHealth’s Community CCRxsm #1 Medicare Part D Plan for second year in a row and awards Prescription Solutions, RegenceRx and Rite Aid Health Solutions highest honors in the 2008 WilsonRx® Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Member Satisfaction Survey™.

NEW HOPE, PA – (BUSINESSWIRE) – June 02, 2008 – Wilson Health Information, a leading consumer insight firm, names MemberHealth’s Community CCRxSM, the highest rated Medicare Part D plan in overall member satisfaction, reenrollment and recommendation intentions as well as in twenty four out of twenty nine PBM specific member rated categories compared to all major Part D plans evaluated across the 32 PDP markets in the continental U.S among 3,470 Medicare Part D participants. “This is the second consecutive year of being rated #1”, said Jim Wilson, President of Wilson Health Information, LLC.

Prescription Solutions is the highest rated PBM nationally in overall member satisfaction among the nation’s Tier 1 PBMs; RegenceRx, is top rated among all Tier 2 PBMs, and Rite Aid Health Solutions (RAHS) is #1 among all Tier 3 PBMs. RAHS is also recognized as a top rated PBM for the third year in a row based upon the annual WilsonRx® PBM Satisfaction Survey™. PBM satisfaction results are based on 34,454 households who completed the national survey, 26,697 of whom had PBM coverage. The WilsonRx PBM report categorizes PBMs according to the relative size of each PBM based upon the numbers of survey respondents, with Tier 1 being the highest followed by Tiers 2 and 3.
