PBM members who were “highly satisfied” with their pharmacy plan overall were considerably more likely to be highly satisfied with their health plan and to have positive health plan re-enrollment and recommendation intentions, compared to PBM members who were simply “satisfied” (86% definitely intending to re-enroll in health plans vs. 43%).
