About the WilsonRx® Automation Satisfaction Report

Objective	Measure perceptions of Pharmacy managers, owners and chain executives with their pharmacy automation system.
Description	A self-administered Ten minute online survey. E-mail invitations were sent to 1,112 pharmacists, pharmacy managers, and chain executives and invited to participate. Survey respondents were offered a free newsletter subscription and summary of the findings. Two email reminders were sent to non-responders.
Sample	456 qualified responses
Ratings	Satisfaction Scores on a scale of 6 = Extremely Satisfied, 1 = Extremely Dissatisfied Importance Scores on a scale of 6 = Extremely Important, 1 = Not Important.
Importance and Satisfaction Ratings of Pharmacy Automation System Used	AutoMed, AutoScript*, Innovation Associates, McKesson APS, Parata*, PickPoint*, and ScriptPro (*= small base).
