
A
third generation pharmacist, Jim has 25 years of industry experience. Prior to
forming his own company, Jim was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Caredata,
a healthcare consumer research company. He also held sales and marketing management
positions at Hoffmann-La Roche, IMS America, SMG Marketing Group and Medical
Data International (MDI). Jim received both his Masters of Business Administration
in Health Administration and Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from Temple
University in Philadelphia. He has worked within the hospital, chain, community,
and wholesale pharmacy settings and as a Hospital Administrator at the Graduate
Hospital in Philadelphia. As an active member of the Academy of Managed Care
Pharmacy (AMCP) since 1990, he was co-author of the chapter on member satisfaction
and member services for the AMCP Managed Care Pharmacy Practice textbook and
published an article on Medicare Member Satisfaction in Clinical Therapeutics.
Jim has developed and introduced information on a wide range of healthcare topics
and has presented consumer and pharmacy customer satisfaction survey results
at a number of national and regional industry meetings including: AMCP, NMHCC,
AAHP, ACOG, NACDS, FMI, NCPA and others. In his current role, Jim works closely
with health plans, PBMs, pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies to help them
assess and improve their competitive position. WilsonRx® independently collects
and reports consumer perceptions of their pharmacy, PBM, health plan and medical
treatment as well as the advice and opinions of physicians, pharmacists and payers.
A seasoned industry executive, Aubrey brings to his position extensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing expertise. Prior to joining WilsonRx® Aubrey was engaged in consulting, creating Strategic and Business Plans and designing programs to secure venture capital. Before his consulting engagement Aubrey was Director of Product Management for Merck & Co. In this position he was responsible for developing marketing strategies and promotional programs, as well as designing market research studies among physicians and consumers for global ophthalmic product launches. He also led a World Ophthalmic Launch Team of international marketing professionals. In addition, he designed plans and programs to support the complete ophthalmic line within Merck with sales of over $600 million and a global program budget in excess of $100 million. Throughout his career at Merck, Aubrey held progressively senior positions in sales and marketing and prior to his last position, he was Director of Operations for Europe and Japan consecutively. Aubrey is a graduate of Queen’s College in Guyana and holds a Bachelor of Arts Certificate in Marketing from Columbia University in New York. He has completed various executive programs and has obtained certificates in Executive Management and in Finance from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Aubrey is an avid artist and has completed an advanced program of study at the Seattle Academy of Fine Art. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish and French. Aubrey has served on the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for various non-profit organizations. He has traveled extensively and lived in several countries, thus bringing a diverse range of industry experience to his position. In his current role, Aubrey works closely with the President to develop strategies for expanding WilsonRx® business opportunities.He also works with Pharmaceutical, Health Insurance, PBM and Pharmacy Executives to assist them in improving their market position through the use of WilsonRx® data, and guides the activities of the Director of Business Development in working with Health Plan, PBM and Pharmacy Executives to advance their competitive status in the marketplace.
Jim has experience in project management and data analysis for retail age and quality audits for multinational food corporations. Most recently, he directed online and paper survey customer loyalty studies for the leisure and entertainment industries. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ. Jim enjoys spending his spare time hiking and mountain biking and exercises regularly. Jim assists with music ministry at a parish in Easton, PA where he presently resides, and has composed liturgical music for worship services. He is conversant in the Spanish language.

Prior to The Atlantis Group, Mr. Neely worked for Barclays Bank in South Africa and went on to hold top-management positions with Johnson & Johnson in Africa, Europe, Canada, and the USA, where he held a spectrum of positions including sales and marketing Vice President, company President, and international and global Vice President.
Another
third generation pharmacist, Robert is COO, owner and manager of Capital Professional
Resources, a company that provides pharmacy services to acute care hospitals,
mail order facilities, home health organizations, retail pharmacies and institutional
nursing home pharmacy providers. Previously, Rob was the President of Continuing
Care Rx, a long term care and hospital pharmacy provider. Rob has also worked
as Director of Pharmacy for Gatti LTC Services, Amcare Health Services, Care
Apothecary and PRS Consultants. Rob earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in
Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science and is a Fellow
of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists and is an executive board member
of the Pennsylvania Society. He is also a member of the Newport Economic Development
Council and enjoys outdoor activities and sports. In his role as the head of
business development for WilsonRx®, Rob investigates and implements new strategic
business opportunities and alliances as well as product and market research opportunities.

of Capital Professional Resources, LLC (CPR). Bill brings extensive knowledge
and experience from the hospital and institutional care market industry. He received
his BS in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. Bill
was a founding partner and chief operating officer of Continuing Care Rx, a regional
institutional pharmacy provider. Bill has worked in both acute-care hospital
and long-term care areas. He is an experienced manager having served as the Director
of Pharmacy in a smaller community hospital, The Gettysburg Hospital and a large
community teaching hospital, Polyclinic Medical Hospital in Harrisburg. While
at Gettysburg he developed and implemented a modern unit-dose drug distribution
and an intravenous drug mixing program and a Pharmacy based IV team and Home
IV program. While at Polyclinic Medical Center Bill was responsible for the management
and operation of a 550 bed community teaching hospital that provided comprehensive
pharmacy service to both the inpatient and outpatient areas. In addition he was
responsible for the development of service to a hospital managed long-term sub-acute
care unit. He successfully implemented a computerized pharmacy system (SMS) to
the inpatient and long term care units of the hospital. Bill has extensive experience
with JCAHO and State Accreditation of pharmacy services and has successfully
guided his pharmacies through at least 6 JCAHO surveys over 15 years as a hospital
manager. Bill has served as an advisor to the Pharmaceutical Assistance Contract
for the Elderly (PACE) program in Pennsylvania and has served as president of
the Southeastern Pennsylvania Society of Hospital Pharmacists (SEPSHP).
